This privacy policy applies to the Saviour app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Nexl Tech (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects certain information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
Note: The Application does not gather background location data. The location data collected is limited to when the Application is actively in use (foreground) and is used to provide geolocation-based services.
Geolocation Services
The Service Provider utilizes location data when the Application is in use to provide features such as personalized content, relevant recommendations, and location-based services. Aggregated and anonymized location data may be used to analyze user behavior, identify trends, and improve the overall performance and functionality of the Application.

The Service Provider may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information:

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like the Service Provider to delete user-provided data, please contact them at info@saviour.com, and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Children’s Privacy
The Application does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. In the event that the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, they will immediately delete it from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at info@saviour.com.

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. They provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information processed and maintained.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
