By downloading, accessing, or using the Saviour Blood Donation App ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App.

Eligibility

Registration

Blood Donation

Saviour facilitates the connection between blood donors and individuals or organizations in need of blood. By registering as a blood donor on the App, you agree to donate blood voluntarily and understand that your donation is altruistic and without any monetary compensation.

Health and Eligibility to Donate Blood

By registering as a blood donor, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria for blood donation as defined by relevant health authorities. You agree to provide accurate information about your health status and medical history.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the App. You must not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the operation of the App.

Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit or upload to the App. By submitting content, you grant Saviour a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the operation of the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saviour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the App.
